Week 7:“Death with Dignity”

To complete this Case Study activity, complete the following:

• Read “Death with Dignity” on p. 334 of the McSweeney-Feld text.
• After reading the case study, answer the 4 case study questions on p. 335.
  • Be sure to incorporate concepts from your reading in your response. You may also incorporate information from other credible resources but remember to cite your sources.
  • You are expected to use your own words to answer the questions. Do not copy and paste from your textbook or other sources. Posts that are copied directly from other sources will not be graded.
  • Use your best formal writing skills. Write in complete sentences, using correct grammar and mechanics (spelling, punctuation, capitalization). If you need help with writing, refer to the “Writing Resources” module under the Content tab.
  • Your original responses are due on Sunday evening of Week 7 at 11:59 PM ET.

• After you post your response, you will be able to see the responses of your classmates. Respond to at least two classmates by the end of Week 7 on Tuesday at 11:59 PM ET.
  • Remember that this is an interactive discussion. Your replies should extend the conversation about the case study. Responses should be substantive, relevant, and grounded in evidence.
  • You may bring in external resources to support your responses but remember that all sources must be properly cited.
  • Responses that merely agree with or compliment a classmate’s response will not receive credit.
