Can someone help me write the 2 paragraph discussion and 1 paragraph Conclusion for this experiment
Abstract:
Lakes and ponds typically contain a diversity of organisms that perform different ecological functions. We will explore how various organisms satisfy their needs within their environments and the kinds of relationships that exist between organisms within an environment.
After analyzing the makeup of microscopic organisms found in pond water found across the five boroughs, we will try to ascertain the effects of air pollution on the amount of species observed. It is important to remember that while watching microorganisms is informative, it is not always likely that we will be able to observe these organisms performing such functions as dividing or taking in food. Thus direct observation should be supplemented with past observations made by Brooklyn College Students and the academic community. We will track how the makeup of pond life has changed over the past five years.
Introduction
Thousands of chemicals are commonly used throughout the world for industrial, agricultural, and domestic purposes with many new ones being created yearly. The majority of these chemicals, eventually enter the atmosphere and may pose a risk to the well being of plants, animals, and microorganisms. The consequences of air pollution to organisms and the resulting impacts on biodiversity are never explicitly stated in the mainstream, mainly due to our reliance on energy and our ability to look past disconcerting data.
AIR POLLUTION
Air pollution is the presence in the atmosphere of one or more contaminants in quantities and durations that can impair the lives of living things. The definition includes dust, smoke, odors, fumes, mists and gases. Historically, the primary concern with airborne pollutants has been human health effects in industrial-urban areas. Ecological research strongly suggests that air pollutants, many of which are distributed worldwide, can disrupt entire ecosystems which has impacted human health and welfare through contaminated food and water. A prime example of air pollution effects on biodiversity is the change in forest vegetation of the San Bernardino Mountains in Southern California. Prolonged exposure to photochemical oxidants results in a swath of areas becoming more susceptible to fires and insect attacks. Realizing the importance of air pollution effects on biota and the ecosystem can stem the tide of devastation humans have wrought on the planet.

Mean Sulfur Dioxide SO2 Concentration
City officials began working with state and local organizations to pass regulations that reduced the sulfur content in heating oils and in 2012 established the NYC Clean Heat program, which encourages building owners to convert to cleaner burning fuels. From 2008-2014 sulfur dioxide levels fell 67 percent across New York City.

One of the worst offenders is Staten Island’s West Shore, a hub of industrial activity with only one residential neighborhood. In Manhattan, much of the area along the Hudson River appears problematic, as do some of the more trafficked areas downtown(East Village, Lower East Side, Tribeca). There’s a significant patch of red in The Bronx along the East River, with Hunt’s Point at the center. The worst offender is the area along the water near Bay Ridge and the Brooklyn Army Terminal, a large complex of warehouses, offices, piers, docks, cranes, rail sidings and cargo loading equipment in Sunset Park.
