Read What’s Driving Porsche? and History of Porsche AG – FundingUniverse. From the perspective of an executive with the firm, prepare a strategic plan to grow the business over the next three years.

Your strategic plan must be future-oriented and must:

Describe Porsche’s history and its 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion).
Explain the current situation of the organization in the market (industry, market, and general environment analysis).
Assess the financial performance and condition of the organization.
Conduct a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) to determine areas that offer opportunities for change.
Choose three or four areas from your SWOT analysis and explain why the areas you have chosen are essential to your strategic plan.
Describe your recommended organizational structure.
Explain your plan to measure the success of your strategic plan.
Your paper must be 10 to 12 pages in length (excluding the title and reference pages) and be formatted according to APA style guidelines as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center. In addition to the text, you must use at least five scholarly sources. Remember to incorporate information that you have learned from this course as well as your personal experience.

As we enter week 4, we are approaching the end of the class and your week 5 paper. The assignment is somewhat dated and requires some thinking outside of the box. To adequately write a quality paper for week 5, you will have to enhance your research beyond the source provided. Focus on using resources that were published more recently. I also want to encourage you to conduct as much research as possible to fully develop your paper. I also want you to review the comments that I posted with your week 2 papers. There are a few things that you must remember:1- These are scholarly discussions written strictly in third person. Do not use first person “I” under any circumstances.2- Your opinion is not appropriate. To express your opinion, find and cite resources that have been published to express that opinion.3- Scholarly resources are the only resources that are acceptable. Company websites are marketing tools and not peer reviewed.4- APA formatting is not optional. You must cite sources in the body of the paper as well as the references. You cannot take information from any source, even when writing in your own words, without giving proper credit.5- The writing center is a great resource to help you properly develop your work.
