Part One

The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threat (SWOT) analysis will be the product of your work for this assignment. Select an organization or company relevant to your business idea for your SWOT analysis. In a PowerPoint presentation geared towards senior leadership of your organization, provide the results of your SWOT analysis and compare and contrast these results to a competitive company’s similar product or service. The results of the SWOT Analysis should also be included in the business plan. You will need to:

  • Research the existing organization/company that is relevant to your business plan that has used Intrapreneurship or entrepreneurship in its development of a new product/service.
  • Analyze the existing organization’s/company’s new product/service.
  • Connect the impact of Intrapreneurial or entrepreneurship activities within the existing organization to its culture, resources, personnel, and operations.
  • Analyze different challenges/concerns an organization might face when bringing a new product to market. (SWOT Analysis)o Internal Strengths o Internal Weaknesses/Gapso External Opportunitieso External Threats
  • Associate one approach to a new product idea and champion it to advance it within the culture of the existing organization/company that deals with navigating through culture, power, and resources.

This presentation should be titled: SWOT Analysis. Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists. Support your presentation with at least three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included. Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate.
